Preparing for Your Appointment and Initial Consultation
Before your visit, you’ll receive a text message with a link to our initial consultation form. You can easily fill this out on your phone or computer, saving time during your appointment. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to allow for easy movement during your assessment and care.
The first appointment will last approximately 40 minutes. During this time, Dr Neil will:
- Discuss your health concerns and goals
- Perform a thorough physical assessment
- Explain his findings and proposed care plan
- Provide your first adjustment (in most cases)
- Answer any questions you may have
Ongoing Care and Maintenance for Optimal Health
After your initial consultation, Dr Neil will discuss a tailored care plan based on your individual needs. This may include follow-up appointments, at-home exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to support your health goals.

Our clinic is located within a large health facility housing 20 practitioners, offering a comprehensive approach to your health. Our practice is wheelchair-accessible, ensuring comfort for all our patients. We’re situated just outside the Port Macquarie CBD, providing easy access without the hassle of paid parking. Ample parking is available on-site for your convenience, and public transportation is nearby.
Payment Options and Insurance Coverage
We strive to make our care accessible to all. Our competitive pricing includes an initial $80 visit fee and $60 for follow-up appointments. We accept various payment methods, including ChiroHealth Point for private health insurance claims, Medicare (for eligible
